With a strong flavor, a little rosemary goes a long way to season your favorite meals and snacks. Some of the most popular culinary uses of rosemary include:

  • Adding flavor to vinegars and oils
  • Making your own herb butter
  • Try some rosemary salt
  • Added into salads and salad dressings
  • Try adding it into breads and pastas.

Rosemary Essential Oil – This can be used for mental clarity, aching muscles and relaxing massages.

A strong infusion of rosemary and nettle leaf makes for a great post-shampoo herbal hair rinse.

Oral health – Rosemary’s antimicrobial properties mean it will kill off the bad bacteria responsible for tooth decay and gum disease and will even rid you of bad breath.

Relief congestion – by adding boiling water and rosemary to a bowl and breathing in the vapor.

Natural pain relief – Rosemary is used to relieve the pain of heartburn and intestinal gas when enjoyed as a tea.
